Building Supervisor - Residential Building

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Building Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of our residential properties in Dubai. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment for owners and tenants while leading the on‑site maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the building.
• Supervise a minimum of 20 on‑site staff, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping personnel.
• Inspect building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests, complaints, and service emergencies to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Liaise with contractors, obtain quotes, and manage facility improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health regulations, Dubai Civil Defence, and municipal safety standards.
• Maintain operational records, manage inventory, and prepare progress and incident reports.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of general building systems (MEP).
• Proven supervisory experience managing at least 20 staff members on site.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and handle facility emergencies.
