Bus Driver – Transport Employees & Materials

About the role

Premier Class Building Contracting LLC is seeking a reliable Bus Driver to transport employees, clients, and materials between its various sites across Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position requires safe, punctual, and courteous service while adhering to company policies and local traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, ensuring the bus is clean, fueled, and road‑worthy.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, transporting passengers and cargo safely.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, maintaining order and safety on board.
• Record trip details, mileage, and fuel usage accurately.
• Report incidents, maintenance needs, or any safety concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and dispatch to adjust routes or schedules as required.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence for bus/commercial vehicles with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating buses or trucks safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with Dubai road networks and ability to follow directions reliably.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Basic literacy for completing logs and reports; construction or facilities transport experience is a plus.
