About the role
Safely operate a 60‑seater bus for staff transportation on assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely pick‑up and drop‑off of passengers.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (brakes, tires, lights, fuel, etc.) before and after trips.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bus at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays immediately to the supervisor.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure passenger safety during transit and enforce discipline inside the bus.
- Assist passengers when required, especially during boarding and alighting.
Required profile
- Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License held for more than 5 years.
- 5–8 years of experience driving large buses (50–60 seater preferred).
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Ability to handle long working hours and shift duties.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
