Business Analyst – MENA Stores (Amazon Now)

About the role

Amazon Now is building a fast‑moving quick‑commerce business in the UAE. As a Business Analyst you will join a growing team that designs data‑driven solutions to improve product availability and customer experience across MENA stores.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational dashboards tracking customer engagement, supply‑chain and in‑stock metrics.
• Perform data analysis to surface insights, identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Streamline metrics visibility for internal stakeholders, ensuring the right data is accessible at the right time.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and participate in cross‑functional working groups.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, fulfillment and planning teams to enhance operational performance.
• Own end‑to‑end projects from diagnosing gaps to designing and implementing fixes.
