Business Development Executive – Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new revenue streams and build strategic relationships in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will identify market opportunities, nurture prospects, and convert them into qualified business deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business objectives.
• Present company products/services and communicate their value effectively.
• Qualify leads, manage opportunities, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and other sales materials as required.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of new business.
• Track business development activities, pipeline performance, conversion rates and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to support growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed business development, pipeline and revenue targets.
