Business Development Executive – B2B Corporate Sales (Outdoor)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand our confidential client’s corporate footprint across the UAE. The role focuses on generating new B2B accounts, building relationships with senior decision‑makers and delivering revenue growth through outdoor, face‑to‑face selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate accounts throughout the UAE.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings and networking events to prospect and nurture leads.
• Engage with HR, Marketing, Procurement and Administration teams of target organisations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive repeat business.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of B2B corporate sales or business development experience, preferably in outdoor or field‑based roles.
• Proven track record of selling in the UAE market, with deep knowledge of Dubai and the wider corporate landscape.
• Established network of contacts or demonstrable ability to build relationships with corporate decision‑makers.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• UAE driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
