Business Development Executive / Manager – Recruitment & HR Services

About the role

The Business Development Executive/Manager will drive new revenue for Fisher's recruitment and HR services across the UAE and GCC. You will build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers and senior decision‑makers, turning prospects into signed recruitment agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients needing recruitment, executive search, outsourcing or HR consultancy services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals and market research.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and arrange meetings with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders and business owners.
• Understand client hiring challenges and present tailored Fisher solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, recruitment agreements and presentations.
• Negotiate fees, terms and commercial conditions and close new contracts.
• Hand over new assignments to Fisher’s recruitment team and monitor client satisfaction.
• Track market trends, hiring activity and competitor movements.
• Record all activities in the CRM and represent Fisher at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, recruitment or HR consultancy, preferably selling recruitment services.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment and employment market.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and engage senior decision‑makers.
