Business Development Manager – IoT Systems for Smart Buildings

About the role

SolutionMall is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive its IoT and smart‑building portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on creating B2B solution opportunities for commercial buildings, facilities and infrastructure projects, rather than simple device sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and channel partners across sectors such as real‑estate, hospitality, healthcare, industrial parks and system integrators.
• Qualify smart‑building project requirements and support the preparation of RFQs and quotations.
• Promote IoT system solutions, including building automation, energy monitoring and security integration, to facility operators and contractors.
• Coordinate technical and commercial communication between customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Gather local market feedback and assist in project advancement and long‑term partner development.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in the UAE with a network of customers, distributors or system integrators in smart‑building, IoT or related digital‑infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end solution sales cycles, from opportunity identification to quotation coordination.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market for commercial buildings, facilities management and related projects.
