About the role

Robotic Imaging, Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to champion its PropTech solutions across the Middle East and globally. You will be the primary face of the company, driving market penetration and building lasting relationships with developers, architects, and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑value opportunities within the international AEC sector.
• Navigate complex construction and real‑estate markets, positioning our technology as the industry standard.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and digital outreach to delivering demos and closing contracts.
• Maintain a borderless schedule to engage stakeholders across multiple time zones, including the US and Europe.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a “Day One” mindset and a relentless sales drive.
• Passion for robotics, AI, and their impact on the built environment.
• Strong ability to articulate complex value propositions to a global audience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting.

What we offer

• Base annual salary between 145,000 AED and 220,000 AED, plus a high‑performance commission structure.
