Business Development & Sales Executive – Concrete Repair & Post‑Tensioning

About the role

The Business Development & Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities for concrete repair, structural strengthening and post‑tensioning services. You will build relationships with consultants, contractors and developers while promoting Mantis Structural Engineering’s capabilities across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and monitor upcoming projects and tenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and government entities to expand approved vendor status.
• Conduct client visits, present services and register the company with key stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and value‑engineering solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, follow up on enquiries and secure project awards.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve defined sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project hand‑over.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales or estimating within the construction industry.
• Background in concrete repair, post‑tensioning or specialist contracting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good commercial awareness and relationship‑building capability.
