Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Butler to join its Butler Services team, delivering discreet, attentive service to VIP guests at the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome VIP guests, provide luggage assistance, conduct suite orientations and handle guest requests with elegance.
• Prepare VIP suites to luxury and Forbes standards, perform pre‑arrival checks, stock pantries and maintain guest preference profiles.
• Advise guests on resort dining options, ensure in‑room dining orders are accurate, timely and well presented.
• Coordinate guest departures, manage bell service, transportation and final suite checks.
• Resolve guest concerns discreetly, communicate with all departments and uphold company standards through training and polished presentation.
• Follow strict hygiene, safety and sustainability protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years hospitality or luxury guest service experience in a 5‑star environment, including at least 3 years in VIP services.
• Fluent in at least two languages.
• Trustworthy, discreet, reliable and confident with a polished, charismatic demeanor.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and composure under pressure.
• Collaborative, adaptable and responsive in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
