Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The All Inclusive Collection Properties are seeking an experienced Butler to lead and support the dedicated butler team. This position ensures that every guest receives personalized, high‑end service in line with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of the butler team.
• Deliver seamless, exceptional service to guests, anticipating their preferences.
• Mentor and train butlers on service standards, guest preferences and luxury protocols.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure efficient and integrated guest experiences.
• Maintain service logs, generate performance reports and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Promote sustainable practices and ensure compliance with ESG, CSR, health, safety and food‑hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Previous experience as a senior butler or in a supervisory hospitality role.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering luxury‑level service.
