Butler – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Butler will deliver personalized guest services for Kempinski’s luxury hotel in Dubai, ensuring a memorable stay for VIP and regular guests. The role involves greeting guests, handling luggage, arranging wake‑up calls, fruit baskets and other bespoke requests with a courteous and attentive approach.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome VIP guests upon arrival, escort them to their rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with Room Service to deliver fruit baskets and replenish them daily.
• Assist guests with wake‑up calls, shoe‑shining, luggage handling, laundry and dry‑cleaning.
• Answer guest inquiries by phone or in person and refer requests to appropriate departments.
• Support check‑in and check‑out procedures in line with Kempinski standards.
• Stay informed about hotel promotions, VIP arrivals and upcoming events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Front Office, Food & Beverage or Housekeeping, preferably in an international five‑star hotel.
• Excellent oral and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and provide service with a friendly, caring attitude.

Required skills

• Operational knowledge of Front Office, Food & Beverage or Housekeeping processes.
• Understanding of VIP welcoming protocols.
