About the role
The Butler is the primary face of the St. Regis Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests throughout their stay. This role requires fluency in Russian and a passion for anticipating guest needs in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests from pre‑arrival through departure.
- Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure other departments are equipped to meet guest needs.
- Anticipate and act on guest requests, building rapport and delivering personalized service.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards and adhere to safety and quality policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of related work experience in hospitality.
- Fluent Russian speaker (mandatory).
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb.
