About the role

The Call Center Agent provides front‑line telephone support for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. You will handle a high volume of guest calls, process requests, and ensure a seamless communication experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer, record, log and process all guest calls, requests, questions and concerns.
Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls, screening, do‑not‑disturb, call forwarding, conference and TDD relay calls.
Take accurate messages, activate/deactivate room message lights and advise guests on internet access.
Transfer technical issues to the provider’s support line and test communications equipment.
Dispatch bell or valet staff as needed and follow up to confirm guest satisfaction.
Maintain uniform standards, confidentiality and adhere to all company policies.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.

Required skills

Telephone switchboard operation.
Basic computer usage for data entry and POS systems.
