Call Center Agent – Outbound Automotive Sales

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Call Center Agent to join our automotive division in Dubai. The role focuses on outbound calling to generate leads, book test drives and service appointments, and promote our vehicle offers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases.
• Present automotive services, offers, and vehicle options professionally.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable vehicle or service solutions.
• Book test drives, service appointments, or showroom visits.
• Log all conversations, outcomes and preferences accurately in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs for calls, conversions and bookings.
• Record activities in the CRM and provide feedback on scripts and lead engagement.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure quality lead handling.
• Participate in regular product and sales training sessions.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound calling, telesales or similar roles (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and objection‑handling abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive, target‑oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for logging and tracking interactions.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 3,500 per month.
• Performance‑based incentive ranging from AED 1,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
• Visa sponsorship, medical insurance and continuous training.
• Full‑time onsite position in Dubai.
