Casual Server – Full‑time Restaurant Team Member

About the role

The Farm Restaurant is seeking a full‑time casual team member to join its dining floor in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to their tables and present menus.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear and reset tables.
• Assist with basic food preparation or plating when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
• Follow health and safety procedures and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Handle busy periods professionally while adhering to The Farm’s service standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and international cuisines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene and health‑safety standards.
• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
