About the role
The Catering Executive will be the primary point of contact for our catering clients in Dubai, driving sales and ensuring seamless event execution. You will build lasting relationships, respond to inquiries, and deliver proposals that close deals while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with catering clients.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and close sales.
- Coordinate catering events with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire event lifecycle.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or catering.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a talent for building lasting relationships.
- Highly organized and able to juggle several events at once.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
