CEO – Luxury Residential Fit-Out & Contracting

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial CEO to launch and lead a new luxury residential fit‑out and contracting business in Dubai. The successful candidate will shape the company’s strategy, build its team, and drive sustainable growth in the high‑end residential market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business strategy, operating model and growth plan.
• Establish the company’s positioning within the luxury residential fit‑out market.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, family offices, developers, architects and interior designers.
• Lead business development to secure high‑value bespoke villa and private residence projects.
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary leadership team covering business development, estimating, commercial, project management, procurement, design and operations.
• Implement robust SOPs, governance, project delivery standards and financial processes.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring top‑class quality, schedule, cost control and client satisfaction.
• Develop the supply chain, subcontractor network and strategic partnerships.
• Take full ownership of P&L, budgets, cash flow, margins and overall business performance.
• Enhance brand reputation and explore expansion into design‑build, joinery, refurbishment and related services.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in fit‑out, interior contracting, construction or design‑build.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects such as private villas, mansions and bespoke residences.
• Previous senior leadership role (CEO, Managing Director, General Manager or equivalent).
• Experience setting up or scaling a business/division from an early stage.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality.
• Demonstrated ability to win projects and maintain a high‑value client network in the luxury sector.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and margin management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of the UAE luxury residential construction and fit‑out market.
