Chef de Partie – Spanish Cuisine

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Dubai, focusing on authentic Spanish cuisine. You will work closely with senior chefs to deliver high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Spanish dishes according to standard recipes and culinary techniques.
• Supervise and support the kitchen team within the assigned section, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, storage, labeling, and stock rotation.
• Assist in controlling food costs through waste reduction and portion control.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and food‑hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a high‑volume operation.
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish cuisine, ingredients, and traditional dishes.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to supervise and support Commis Chefs and other team members.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
