About the role
GEMS Education is seeking a Chemistry Teacher to join GEMS Founders School in Masdar City for the academic year starting August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality Chemistry lessons in a British Schools Overseas accredited environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to students.
- Share exemplary teaching practices inside and outside the classroom.
- Maintain a creative and enthusiastic approach to learning.
Required profile
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree in Science/Chemistry or equivalent, or a PGCE with QTS.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of providing outstanding learning.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, students and parents.
- Embody GEMS core values of Grow, Flourish, Discover, Achieve.
