Chief Executive Officer – Luxury Fragrance House

About the role

The Luxury Fragrance House seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the brand through its next phase of global expansion. Based in Dubai, the CEO will balance heritage stewardship with aggressive commercial growth across retail, direct‑to‑consumer, and international channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3‑year commercial strategy in partnership with the Founder and Advisory Board.
• Oversee brand and creative direction, ensuring new collections and extensions align with heritage.
• Lead multi‑channel go‑to‑market plans, pricing, and channel architecture to meet revenue, margin, and acquisition targets.
• Build robust sourcing, production, quality‑control, and financial planning processes, managing inventory and working capital.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high‑performing senior team while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Founder, Advisory Board, partners, press, and luxury industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
• Track record of scaling brands internationally while preserving brand equity.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in retail, e‑commerce, and B2B channels such as hotels and airlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and public representation skills.
