Chief Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead Legend Holding Group’s people strategy, reporting directly to the Chairman. This senior executive role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the Group’s long‑term business objectives and driving organizational capability, workforce productivity, and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Group‑wide Human Resources strategy aligned with business goals.
• Act as strategic HR advisor to the Chairman and executive leadership team.
• Lead talent acquisition, executive hiring, and strategic workforce planning.
• Build leadership pipelines, succession‑ready talent pools, and strengthen employer branding.
• Design and implement integrated talent management, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
• Establish HR governance, policies, and best practices across all Group companies.
• Drive HR digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee organizational design, competency frameworks, and change‑management programs to enhance workforce productivity.

Required profile

• Executive leadership experience in Human Resources.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies at a senior level.
• Experience overseeing talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
