Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Oil & Gas

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to the Founder and Board, overseeing all operational and commercial activities across the Group’s regional footprint. This senior leadership position drives profitable growth, operational excellence, and strong customer engagement within the oil & gas and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, fabrication, chemicals, trading, contracting and aftermarket service operations across multiple countries.
• Drive operational performance, profitability, working‑capital management and project execution.
• Serve as senior executive interface with NOCs, IOCs, EPC contractors and key industry stakeholders.
• Oversee tendering, pre‑qualification, vendor registration and technical audit activities.
• Manage strategic OEM, agency and distribution partner relationships.
• Build, develop and lead high‑performing regional teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, EPC or related sectors.
• Proven P&L responsibility at senior executive level.
• Extensive experience working with NOCs, IOCs and major EPC contractors across the GCC.
• Track record of managing complex multi‑country operations.
• Established industry relationships and strong commercial acumen.
