Civil Engineer – UAE Nationals (Full Registration)

About the role

The role requires a strong understanding of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and KSA authority guidelines, standards, and requirements. You will be involved from concept master‑plan stage through to IFC stage on dry utilities and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure engineering expertise on large‑scale utility projects.
• Design and calculate primary substations, EHV/HV/LV corridors, distribution and pocket substations, feeder pillars and service turrets up to 33 kV.
• Develop telecommunication network designs, including ducts, manholes and GSM tower coverage assessments.
• Design street lighting systems for all road types, perform lighting calculations, create SLDs and load schedules, and handle landscape lighting branch wiring.
• Coordinate with wet utilities, roads, transportation, landscape and building teams to ensure integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• UAE national (Emirati) status.
