Civil Instructor

About the role

ASTI Academy is seeking a highly adaptable, technically skilled, and industry‑oriented Civil Engineering faculty member. The successful candidate will deliver practical, career‑focused training in civil engineering and related technical subjects while upholding high standards of learner engagement, academic quality, and industry relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on training and instruction in civil engineering topics.
• Maintain high levels of learner engagement and academic quality.
• Ensure course content remains aligned with current industry practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of teaching, training, or industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction technology, surveying, AutoCAD, quantity surveying, building materials, and site safety.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience in vocational or technical education is preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
