Civil & MEP Inspectors – Construction Supervision (Dubai)

About the role

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking experienced Civil and MEP Inspectors to support upcoming construction supervision projects in Dubai, UAE. The role involves ensuring that large‑scale infrastructure works meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Monitor construction activities, reporting progress, quality issues, and safety observations.
• Ensure contractors follow approved method statements and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review material submittals and inspection requests, identifying non‑conformances and tracking corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction supervision or inspection, preferably on infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in Civil (architectural, structural, general civil) or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) disciplines.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and international standards.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC region is preferred.
