Civil & MEP Inspectors – Construction Supervision

About the role

We are seeking experienced Civil and MEP Inspectors to join Surbana Jurong’s construction supervision team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing large‑scale infrastructure projects, ensuring that all works meet design specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
• Monitor construction activities, reporting progress, quality and safety issues.
• Ensure contractors follow approved method statements and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Review material submittals and inspection requests.
• Identify non‑conformances and track corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction supervision or inspection, preferably on infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in either Civil (architectural/structural) or MEP (mechanical/electrical/plumbing) disciplines.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and international standards.
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
