Civil Project Manager – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

BG Group Company is looking for a results‑driven Civil Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of luxury villa construction projects in the UAE. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure premium quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all civil construction activities from mobilization to final handover for luxury villa projects.
• Prepare and manage the Project Execution Plan, Program of Works and construction schedules aligned with contractual milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and control project costs, procurement, material submittals and delivery.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and enforce QA/QC, HSE and regulatory compliance.
• Manage variations, claims, change orders and support invoicing and collections.
• Maintain client relationships, attend progress meetings and provide accurate updates.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors and foremen, and oversee handover, snagging and defect liability activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of civil construction experience, specifically in luxury villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals and building regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑end residential projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client‑management skills.
