Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Emirati) – Full‑Time/Part‑Time

About the role

Burberry is seeking Emirati Client Advisors for its Mall of the Emirates store in Dubai. The role offers both full‑time and part‑time options, allowing you to represent a world‑renowned luxury brand while delivering personalized service to a distinguished clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized attention, follow‑ups, and private appointments.
• Drive sales by acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and achieving individual and store targets.
• Provide styling advice, wardrobe curation, and cross‑selling based on client preferences.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure a seamless luxury experience throughout the store.
• Support store operations, including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Authentic, confident, and passionate about luxury fashion.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Creative, customer‑focused, and culturally connected.
• Curiosity for fashion, art, and culture.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English (desired).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing role, preferably luxury retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
