Client Relations Officer - Renewals

About the role

The Client Relations Officer – Renewals ensures the smooth administration of trade‑license renewals for IFZA’s clients and professional partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, preparing quotations and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance for upcoming license renewals via email and phone, following organizational timelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold IFZA’s reputation.
• Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate client records.
• Prepare and issue clear renewal quotations to clients and partners.
• Review documentation such as passports, application forms and resolutions for compliance.
• Collaborate closely with renewals consultants and other departments.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or client relationship management (call‑center experience preferred).
• Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multicultural team.
