About the role

We are seeking energetic freshers to join our real‑estate brokerage as Client Relationship Executives. In this telesales position you will contact potential buyers, showcase property listings and work closely with the sales team to close deals. The role offers a salary plus commission structure with unlimited earning potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to qualified leads provided by the company.
  • Qualify prospects, schedule property viewings or consultations, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Promote property features, answer client questions and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiate and support the closing process in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate client records and call outcomes in Salesforce CRM.
  • Track follow‑up activities and ensure timely communication.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing and competitor offerings.

Required profile

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal‑oriented and able to handle high‑volume calling.
  • Flexible with shift schedules; multilingual ability is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer service or inside sales is advantageous.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
