Clinic Manager – HealthHub (Emirati nationals)

About the role

Al‑Futtaim Health is seeking an Emirati national to lead one of its HealthHub clinics in Dubai. As the Unit In‑Charge, you will be fully accountable for day‑to‑day clinic operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Lead, coach, and manage a multidisciplinary team of up to 40 clinical and non‑clinical staff.
• Develop, monitor, and control clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, healthcare laws, and corporate policies.
• Manage procurement, inventory, petty cash, and vendor relationships.
• Handle patient relations, complaints, and service recovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, Medical Directors, and support functions to maintain clinical excellence.
• Prepare and review operational, financial, quality, and performance reports.
• Lead quality improvement projects and maintain accreditation and safety standards.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a strong background in healthcare operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance.
• In‑depth knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
