About the role
VLCC Wellness is expanding its UAE operations and seeks an experienced professional to lead its clinic while providing wellness counselling. The role combines operational management of an aesthetic clinic with client‑focused wellness services, aiming to drive growth and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring smooth business activities.
- Lead, coach and supervise the clinic team to meet performance and sales targets.
- Generate revenue by meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Conduct client consultations, build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support clinic expansion.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance with aesthetic industry protocols.
Required profile
- Mandatory experience in managing an aesthetic or beauty clinic.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
- Strong team‑leadership abilities and experience supervising staff.
- Excellent client‑handling and relationship‑management skills.
