Clinical Psychologist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Irish Wellness Center is looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join its mental health team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver psychological assessments, therapy and counseling to patients of all ages, working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans based on evidence‑based practices.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse patient groups.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated care.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all clinical activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the UAE.
• Minimum two years of experience in clinical psychology practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
