About the role
The Club Concierge for the Executive Lounge is a Guest Experience Expert who creates memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at The Ritz‑Carlton, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of concierge services, from check‑in/out assistance to local area recommendations.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Maintain a safe, professional environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Move throughout the lounge area, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods and lift objects ≤10 lb.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.
