Club Lounge Agent – Club InterContinental

About the role

The Club Lounge Agent is the first point of contact for guests staying at the Club InterContinental in Dubai Festival City. You will deliver a warm, personalised welcome and ensure a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning visitors in person or by phone.
• Manage bookings, upsell services and inform guests of enhancements to their stay.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out quickly, verify IDs and issue room keys.
• Record guest preferences, handle requests, messages and concerns, and liaise with management when needed.
• Provide local information, resolve billing issues and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Follow safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.

• Friendly, welcoming and energetic personality.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest needs.
