Commercial Manager – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Commercial Manager – Emirati Talent will lead revenue growth for the SHARE platform by building and managing strategic partnerships across credit cards, BNPL, remittances, payments and other commercial opportunities. The role is focused on creating customer‑centric solutions that enhance commercial performance and long‑term business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial services and partnership strategy for the SHARE platform.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage strategic partners across multiple product lines.
• Build robust business cases, ROI analyses, financial forecasts and KPI targets.
• Create and maintain financial models to assess revenue potential, cost drivers and partnership performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations, defining scope, deliverables and contract terms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations and Customer Experience to launch and scale partnerships.
• Monitor partnership performance against financial and operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, business development or revenue growth.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, financial models and ROI analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and improving commercial performance.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
