Commercial Sales Manager

About the role

MARE Properties L.L.C. is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead and expand its commercial real‑estate sales activities in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, overseeing the end‑to‑end sales cycle, and negotiating contracts for commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for commercial real‑estate assets.
• Identify new business opportunities, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage client relationships from prospecting through contract closure, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Represent MARE Properties at meetings, presentations, industry events, and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in commercial real‑estate sales or a related sector, preferably within Dubai or the wider UAE.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to build trust and long‑term relationships.
• Experience in business planning, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate across functions, and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
