Community Management Executive

About the role

The Community Management Executive acts as the liaison between Asteco’s various business lines and the communities it serves. The role involves overseeing administrative functions for assigned community projects, ensuring compliance, and delivering high‑quality service to owners, residents, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and address HSE‑related issues.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date community action tracker and follow up on listed items.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for the community.
• Assist in chairing weekly soft‑services operations meetings.
• Draft official letters to service providers and other stakeholders.
• Manage emergency incidents and provide client‑facing support when required.
• Organise joint inspections with service providers to evaluate performance.
• Support day‑to‑day building management operations, ensuring quality and integrity.
• Oversee execution of approved capital building improvements.
• Develop best‑practice workflows, standardise forms, and ensure ISO compliance.
• Maintain client relationships to deliver high‑quality service.
• Communicate with owners/customers via email, phone, or in‑person to resolve concerns.
• Enforce community rules and regulations through a violation‑management mechanism.
• Create information booklets or manuals for homeowners regarding service charges and association rules.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• M100 certification or OA experience preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Willingness to attend meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required.
