Consultant Dermatologist – UAE (Career Growth)

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its dermatology services. The organisation seeks an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join a modern, quality‑driven clinical team serving a diverse, international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical and clinical dermatology conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, skin infections, pigmentation disorders, and hair and nail disorders.
• Provide comprehensive dermatological assessment, treatment planning, and long‑term patient follow‑up.
• Perform dermatologic procedures such as skin biopsies, cryotherapy, minor excisions, and other approved interventions.
• Deliver aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology treatments, including laser and advanced skin procedures, within clinical privileges.
• Conduct skin cancer screening, mole assessment, lesion evaluation, and arrange appropriate follow‑up.
• Counsel patients on treatment options, skincare, medication safety, preventive dermatology, and realistic expectations for aesthetic procedures.
• Collaborate with Pathology, Oncology, Rheumatology, Allergy, Plastic Surgery, and other specialties as required.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, informed consent, patient photography, infection control, patient safety, and clinical governance.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialist training and registration in Dermatology.
• Ability to practice in the UAE and work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology.
