About the role

PulseHire HR is recruiting a Consultant Doctor specialized in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology for a leading healthcare institution in the Gulf region. The role involves delivering accurate diagnostic services through the analysis of tissue specimens and clinical laboratory tests, supporting patient management and improving overall healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed examination of tissue samples and interpret clinical laboratory results to provide precise diagnoses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate pathology findings into patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory quality control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive pathology reports and ensure meticulous documentation of all diagnostic activities.
• Stay updated on advancements in anatomic and clinical pathology and apply best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and medical personnel as needed.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
• Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Extensive experience in both anatomic and clinical pathology diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
