Consultant Family Medicine – US/UK Certified

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a Consultant in Family Medicine for a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, emphasizing prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long‑term management of health conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute and chronic disease management for patients of all ages.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, vaccinations and health‑education sessions.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and coordinate specialist referrals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Family Medicine.
• 3–5 years post‑board/CCT experience as a Consultant in Family Medicine.
• Strong expertise in preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
• Excellent communication, clinical decision‑making and interpersonal skills.
