Consultant Fetal Medicine – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant in Fetal Medicine to join our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Dubai. You will provide expert care to pregnant women and their unborn children, diagnosing and managing fetal abnormalities while supporting families through counseling and treatment planning.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage fetal abnormalities using advanced ultrasound and other diagnostic tools.
• Provide clear consultation and counseling to expectant parents, explaining findings, risks, and treatment options.
• Review medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and order appropriate investigations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Perform fetal interventions such as fetal blood transfusions, fetoscopic surgery, and intra‑uterine procedures.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Stay current with advances in fetal medicine by attending conferences and workshops.

Required profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant in Fetal Medicine.
• Western education or training in a recognized healthcare system (USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent).
• Certification in Fetal Medicine from a recognized body.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE medical license.
