Consultant Fetal Medicine – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Consultant in Fetal Medicine to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role involves delivering advanced antenatal care, performing and interpreting fetal ultrasounds, and managing high‑risk pregnancies.

Key responsibilities

• Assess maternal and fetal health and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform detailed fetal ultrasound examinations and provide accurate interpretations.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, cardiologists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in line with evidence‑based guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance and departmental audits.
• Teach, train and mentor junior medical staff, residents and students.

Required profile

• Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty training in Fetal Medicine (Maternal‑Fetal Medicine).
• Valid medical licence or eligibility for licensing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven experience managing complex, high‑risk pregnancies within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and counseling abilities, with a patient‑centred, ethical approach.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
