Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Pediatric ENT to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive medical and surgical care to infants, children and adolescents with ENT disorders, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide family‑centered services.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric ear, nose and throat conditions.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy, audiological assessments and imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using medical and surgical approaches.
• Carry out pediatric ENT surgeries including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ventilation tube insertion and airway procedures.
• Provide expert consultation to pediatricians, neonatologists and other specialists.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement, teaching and clinical research.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Specialty training in Otolaryngology with a fellowship or subspecialty training in Pediatric ENT.
• Western‑trained education and/or clinical experience (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Consultant Pediatric ENT in a reputable tertiary care hospital.
• Eligibility for a valid DHA, DOH or MOH Consultant licence.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
