About the role

A leading, internationally accredited children’s hospital in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its pediatric ear, nose, throat, head and neck services. The hospital seeks a highly skilled Consultant Pediatric ENT to join a modern, quality‑driven environment that serves infants, children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired pediatric ENT conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, airway, head and neck.
• Perform pediatric ENT procedures including adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, myringotomy with grommet insertion, endoscopic airway procedures, bronchoscopy, and laryngoscopy.
• Assess and treat pediatric airway disorders, recurrent ENT infections, hearing disorders, sleep‑disordered breathing, congenital neck masses, and voice or swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, surgeons, audiologists, speech therapists and other specialists to deliver comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
• Provide clear counselling to parents and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, postoperative care and long‑term management.
• Maintain compliance with patient safety standards, surgical protocols, clinical documentation, informed consent and infection‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Internationally trained pediatric otolaryngologist with a strong clinical background.
• Ability to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary pediatric environment.
• Commitment to international clinical standards and family‑centred care.
