Consultant Pediatric Psychiatrist (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a CCT‑qualified Consultant Pediatric Psychiatrist who is fluent in Arabic to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering culturally sensitive mental health care to children and adolescents, working closely with families and a range of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents.
• Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of pediatric mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and medication management.
• Provide ongoing follow‑up, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, nurses, and school counselors.
• Educate and support families in both Arabic and English.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and participate in case discussions.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and ethical standards.

Required profile

• CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Eligibility for DHA licensure (or already licensed).
• Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Proven clinical experience with children and adolescents.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical and interpersonal abilities.
• Culturally sensitive approach to patient care.
