Consultant – Pediatric Rehabilitation (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant in Pediatric Rehabilitation to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role involves assessing and managing children with a range of physical, developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, aiming to improve their function, mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage pediatric rehabilitation cases such as cerebral palsy, developmental delay, and neuromuscular disorders.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans and set treatment goals.
• Lead and coordinate physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate families on home‑based rehabilitation programs.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with UAE healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Consultant qualification in Pediatric Rehabilitation, PM&R, Pediatrics, Neurology, or Orthopedics with rehabilitation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH medical licensing.
• Strong clinical and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
