Consultant Pediatrician – UAE (JCI Accredited Hospital)

About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its pediatric services and seeks a Consultant Pediatrician to join a modern, quality‑driven hospital. The role offers strong clinical exposure, multidisciplinary teamwork, and the chance to serve a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions, growth concerns, infections, asthma, allergies and developmental issues.
• Support immunisation programmes, preventive health initiatives, nutrition counselling and family education.
• Coordinate care with neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, emergency medicine and allied health teams.
• Identify acutely unwell children, ensure safe admission or referral pathways, and maintain accurate child‑safe documentation.

Required profile

• Internationally trained consultant pediatrician holding a recognised specialist qualification (e.g., American Board of Pediatrics, UK CCT/MRCPCH/FRCPCH, Canadian Royal College, Australian FRACP, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS).
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensing and facility credentialing.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with patients and families.
